Instructions: for 2 pancakes (30g / 3-4 scoops)
- Add a portion of the mix and 1.5 portions of water. Avoid the formation of lumps and let stand by 5-15min.
- Heat the pan over high heat and add oil. Spread the mixture over the pan, cook for 2 min, turn over, add a little oil, and cook until golden brown and crispy.
- Eat it like a tortilla or a pancake.
- For sweet flavour use manjar and fruits. If you like it savoury, use avocado, cheese, veggies or anything else that you prefer.
